What membership includes

DefineHER turns training and nutrition information into a clear progressive plan: educate → simplify → apply. Your membership includes structured programmes, exercise demonstrations, practical nutrition guidance, progress tracking, coaching support and personal weekly coaching through the app.

Complete your weekly check-in so your coach can review your logs, goals and challenges and provide personalised feedback about your progress and next focus. Coaching is a regular personal touchpoint; it is not a promise of a scheduled live call or unlimited immediate replies. Your coach can help you get back into the plan when a week is disrupted.

The initial pathway is MOVE (4 weeks), BUILD (4 weeks), BODY (12 weeks) and STRONGHER (8 weeks), with progression appropriate to your capability and goals and ongoing programming afterwards. It is a 28-week pathway, not a compulsory 28-week contract. MOVE requires no equipment. BUILD uses resistance; BODY and STRONGHER require suitable gym or home-gym equipment.

Price and recurring billing

The membership price is NZ$299 every four weeks (28 days). Your first payment is taken when you join, then renewals continue every four weeks until you cancel. Four-week billing is different from calendar-month billing: 13 four-week payments total NZ$3,887 over 52 weeks. Review the checkout payment schedule before confirming purchase.

The membership has no fixed minimum term. It continues until cancelled; completing MOVE or the 28-week pathway does not automatically cancel it. Payment is processed through the checkout provider. If a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate.

Cancellation and access

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email associated with your membership. Ask to cancel DefineHER and include your name. If cancellation is available in your membership account, you may use that option instead.

Cancellation stops the next renewal when your request reaches us before that renewal. There is no extra notice period or cancellation fee. Your cancellation does not depend on us first sending an acknowledgement. We will confirm the end date and stop future billing. Access and coaching continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal is taken after a timely cancellation request, contact us for correction and refund of that charge.

Routine cancellation does not include a part-period refund for unused time. This does not limit refunds or other remedies required by law. Unsubscribing from emails or deleting the app does not cancel billing; use the cancellation process above.

Refunds, problems and your rights

If something is wrong with the service or payment, contact us with the details. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by New Zealand consumer law, including a correction, replacement service or refund where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable law. This includes rights where services are not supplied with reasonable care and skill or otherwise fail applicable guarantees.

Training and nutrition

Tell your coach about relevant limitations, injuries or changes that affect your training. Follow exercise guidance, choose loads appropriate to your ability, and ask for clarification when needed. Fitness coaching and general nutrition guidance do not replace medical care, diagnosis or treatment. If you need clinical advice, consult an appropriately qualified health professional. Individual results vary; specific weight loss or body-composition outcomes are not guaranteed.

Your account and materials

Use your membership and programme materials for your own training. Keep login details private and do not sell, redistribute or give others access to the paid programme. Treat your coach and others respectfully. If a service or account problem occurs, contact us so we can resolve it. Any change that materially affects your paid service will be communicated and handled consistently with your consumer rights.

Privacy and communications

Our privacy policy explains how contact details, coaching information and payment records are handled, including your access and correction rights. Membership service messages and marketing preferences are separate.

Changes to these terms

The version presented when you join applies to your purchase. We will give reasonable advance notice of proposed material changes to ongoing membership or price, explain when they would apply, and let you cancel before a changed renewal. Changes do not remove rights you already hold.
